As a lady, there is no better way to steal the fashion spotlight from the men section this time than to look dapper. haha! I know the word ‘dapper’ is mostly used to describe stylish men. Well, for me, I do not totally agree with this.
You want to know why? keep scrolling!
Meanwhile, this being my official first post of the year, let me start by wishing you all my wonderful readers over the world a prosperous new year!
Dapper is a word typically used to describe a man who has a neat, trim and smart appearance. Y’all know a lady can be all of these at the same time. (So now you see why I disagree at first! * rolls eyes*)
You really don’t have to suit up completely. Instead, go for a pair of blazer and pant trouser.
Meanwhile, when it comes to choosing the right color for an outfit, (most especially Pants and Blazers) trying out a single color theme with corresponding hues is best advised. This way, it makes you look more noticeable and stylish.
DON’T UNDERESTIMATE CROPPED PANTS
Cropped pants are always unique in their own ways. No big crime in showing off a bit of that skin called ankle!. In other words, cropped pants when worn with a shirt or Jacket gives a smooth and trimmed look.
INVEST IN T-SHIRTS
Plain unisex t-shirts (round necks preferably) does it better for me. Most especially the neutral colored ones. I always prefer the white colored t-shirt anytime simply because of its elegance and minimalist vibe.
Ditch the regular heels for sneakers or brogues. They are very convenient and makes you more comfortable giving you an androgynous sense of style.
(P.S) On a more lighter note, you really don’t have to empty your account or break the bank all in the name of looking stylish, dapper or expensive. There are so many luxurious items that can be thrifted or bought at a more relatable cheaper price. You just have to be open-minded when it comes to buying your new clothing outfits.
